Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, stir cream of chicken soup.
  2. Gradually stir in chicken broth and water to prevent lumps.
  3. Add cubed, peeled potatoes and bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add frozen mixed vegetables, cooked chicken, green pepper, and curry powder.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
