Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 large can kidney beans, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • corn bread mix

Instructions

  1. Fry the onion and ground beef together until browned.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in drained kidney beans.
  4. Pour the corn bread mix over the meat and bean mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 25 minutes until golden.
