  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put the mixture in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.
