Ingredients

  • 1/2 dozen eggs
  • 2 pieces ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into a heated pan.
  3. Cook until bubbling.
  4. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, ham, and bacon to one side of the eggs.
  5. Fold the omelet in half and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
