Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 1 small package lime jello
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 16 oz can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water into a bowl.
  2. Add both packages of lemon and lime jello, stirring until dissolved. Chill slightly.
  3. Drain crushed pineapple and stir into the jello mixture.
  4. Blend in mayonnaise, chopped nuts, whipped cream, horseradish, and cottage cheese.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
