Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup diced red and green candied cherries
  • 1/2 cup diced candied pineapple
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
