Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped celery in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add cream of chicken or mushroom soup to the skillet, stirring to blend.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream.
  5. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream mixture with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  6. Serve hot.
