Mini White Castle sliders with savory beef patties, seasoned with onion soup and topped with pickles, perfect for quick snacks or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, onion soup, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, and water until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture flat on a cookie sheet, filling the entire sheet.
  3. Prick the flattened beef with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool the baked beef and cut into small squares to fit the buns.
  6. Place a pickle on each beef square, then place each on a small dinner roll.
  7. Place the assembled sliders back on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with water, and cover with foil.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 7 to 10 minutes until heated through.
