- Mix ground chuck, onion soup, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, and water until well combined.
- Press the mixture flat on a cookie sheet, filling the entire sheet.
- Prick the flattened beef with a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Cool the baked beef and cut into small squares to fit the buns.
- Place a pickle on each beef square, then place each on a small dinner roll.
- Place the assembled sliders back on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with water, and cover with foil.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Bake at 375°F for 7 to 10 minutes until heated through.
