Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans white corn
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, on low heat, melt together the oleo, cream cheese, and milk.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients: white corn, sugar, chopped jalapeno peppers, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
