Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • dash of salt
  • unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix melted margarine, sugar, eggs, coconut, raisins, chopped nuts, vinegar, and a dash of salt together.
  3. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325°F until the middle of the pie is set.
