Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans cream-style corn
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Niblets corn
  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream-style corn, Niblets corn, melted butter, Jiffy corn muffin mix, egg, grated onion, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm. Leftovers can be frozen for later use.
