Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pie crust mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 cans Chef Boyardee Chili Mac (15 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust according to package directions, using half the suggested amount of water.
  2. Place the prepared crust in a 9-inch pie pan or a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine over medium heat.
  4. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and sliced carrots to the skillet.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Spread the cooked vegetables evenly over the prepared pie crust.
  7. Pour two cans of Chef Boyardee Chili Mac over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and crust is golden.
