Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • spaghetti
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in a skillet.
  2. Melt the cream cheese and milk together over low heat until smooth.
  3. Add the melted cream cheese mixture and chopped water chestnuts to the cooked hamburger mixture.
  4. Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
