Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans minestrone soup
  • 1 large can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can tomato paste or sauce
  • 2 cans tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onion in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the browned onion, ground beef, minestrone soup, Ranch Style beans, tomato paste or sauce, and canned tomatoes in a large pot.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
