Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, catsup, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 even rolls.
  3. Place the rolls in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Mix together catsup, brown sugar, and dry mustard to make the topping.
  5. Spread the topping evenly over the tops of the meat rolls.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
