Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until al dente and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Layer in a glass casserole dish: macaroni mixed with a little tomato soup, then peas, then ground beef mixture.
  4. Pour the remaining tomato soup over the top of the layered ingredients.
  5. Cover the casserole with a lid or foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
