Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb. ground round ⓘ
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil ⓘ
- 1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1 1/2 (No. 2) cans solid paste tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese ⓘ
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. oregano ⓘ
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles ⓘ
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Saute ground round and pressed garlic in salad oil until browned.
- Add tomato sauce, solid paste tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano to the meat mixture.
- Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes to develop flavors.
