Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond or lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients, except 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon, for 8 minutes at high speed.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon together.
  3. Layer batter and the sugar-cinnamon mixture in two greased loaf pans, starting with a layer of batter, then sugar-cinnamon, and repeat.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
