Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons dried dill
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Refrigerate the unused portion in an airtight container and use within 2 days.
