Yum-Yum Dough offers a delightful combination of flaky biscuits, sweet cinnamon sugar, and crunchy peanuts, perfect for sharing as a warm, comforting treat with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuit size)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chopped peanuts in a greased 4 1/2 cup ring mold or 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
  4. Dip biscuits in melted butter, then in the sugar mixture.
  5. Place biscuits in the baking pan, overlapping each other.
  6. Tuck raisins in between each biscuit (optional).
  7. Add remaining sugar mixture and melted butter on top.
  8. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
