Instructions
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts in a greased 4 1/2 cup ring mold or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
- Dip biscuits in melted butter, then in the sugar mixture.
- Place biscuits in the baking pan, overlapping each other.
- Tuck raisins in between each biscuit (optional).
- Add remaining sugar mixture and melted butter on top.
- Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
