Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. dried chives
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen hash brown potatoes.
  2. Combine all ingredients—thawed potatoes, sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soups, dried chives, and melted margarine—in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
