Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. oyster crackers
  • 2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch style dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 c. hot oil
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place crackers in a large roaster deep enough so the mixture can be stirred easily. Pour hot oil over crackers.
  2. Sprinkle the dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, onion powder, dill weed, and garlic powder over the crackers.
  3. Stir well to evenly coat all crackers with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Bake at 225°F (107°C) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating and prevent burning.
