Ingredients

  • 14 oz. macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, drained and cut up
  • 1/2 lb. medium cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package.
  2. Saute green peppers and onions in margarine until crisp-tender.
  3. Add drained and chopped tomatoes, cooked shrimp, and hot pepper sauce to the sauteed vegetables.
  4. Stir over medium heat until thoroughly heated and serve.
