Yummy Peach Cobbler

- Combine peach halves, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart round cake dish or casserole.
- In a separate bowl, blend gingerbread mix, corn muffin mix, and grated orange rind.
- Beat in eggs and buttermilk until smooth.
- Set aside 2 cups of batter for the muffins.
- Spoon the remaining batter over the fruit in the casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and orange marmalade into the reserved batter.
- Pour the batter into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
- Bake the cobbler on the lower shelf for 30 to 35 minutes and the muffins on the upper shelf for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F.
- Serve the muffins warm and the cobbler warm with light cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
