Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. yellow Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Grate all cheeses from the blocks.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni until soft, then drain and rinse with hot water.
  3. Pour the cooked macaroni into a large pan.
  4. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat.
  5. Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring until all are melted.
  6. Pour in the milk while stirring continuously.
  7. Add the can of stewed tomatoes, seasoned salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  8. Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish, spreading evenly.
  9. Lightly sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes on top.
  10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  11. Bake the casserole for 30 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
