Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp brown sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, oatmeal, pepper, 1/2 cup ketchup, and salt; mix well.
  2. Shape into medium-sized meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in a large baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring the sauce mixture to a boil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven until brown and well done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
