Ingredients

  • 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram or oregano leaves
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
