Zucchini Nut Bread(Makes 2 Loaves)

Instructions
- Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
- Beat eggs well.
- Gradually add sugar and oil, mixing well.
- Add vanilla and dry ingredients; blend well.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Combine nuts with 1 teaspoon flour; stir into batter. Pour into loaf pans.
- Sprinkle on topping.
- Bake at 350° for one hour.
