Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 oz. chocolate instant pudding or coconut cream pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and add flour.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup nuts for the crust.
  3. Spread the crust mixture in a 9-inch square cake pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F, then chill.
