Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (3 oz. each) jello, different flavors
  • 1/2 box (3 oz.) lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 container of Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare one flavor of jello according to package directions; pour into a bowl and let it congeal.
  2. Dissolve 1/2 pack of yellow jello in 1/4 cup boiling water.
  3. Dissolve miniature marshmallows in another 1/4 cup boiling water.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; combine with the dissolved yellow jello and marshmallows.
  5. Pour this mixture over the first layer of congealed jello; let it set.
  6. When the second layer is firm, prepare the other flavor of jello according to package directions.
  7. Pour the second flavor of jello over the set layer and let it set until firm.
  8. Before serving, spread Cool Whip on top.
