Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Allow to cool before adding the next layer.
