Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 stick low-fat butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) package low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large container low-fat Cool Whip
  • 2 small or 1 large package low-fat instant Jell-O pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt the stick of low-fat butter and mix it with the flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts to form the crust mixture.
  2. Spread the crust mixture into a nonstick pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the low-fat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  6. Fold in the container of low-fat Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  7. Prepare the instant Jell-O pudding according to the package instructions with low-fat milk.
  8. Layer the pudding over the cooled crust.
  9. Top with the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
