Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 18 oz. peanut butter
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix, not instant
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • nuts, if desired

Instructions

  1. Melt both kinds of chips and peanut butter in a double boiler.
  2. Spread half of the melted mixture evenly in a buttered 10 x 15 inch pan and chill.
  3. In a saucepan, cook butter, milk, and vanilla pudding mix for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, mixing well until smooth.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture over the chilled chip and peanut butter layer.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares to serve.
