Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage ⓘ
- 2 stalks celery, chopped ⓘ
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard ⓘ
- 1 small can tomato puree
- 1 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can wax beans ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can lima beans ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans ⓘ
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the kidney beans, green beans, wax beans, and lima beans.
- Remove the pork from the pork and beans can.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet; drain the excess grease.
- Saute the chopped onion and celery until tender.
- Combine all the prepared ingredients in a large casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
