Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small can tomato puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can wax beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can lima beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the kidney beans, green beans, wax beans, and lima beans.
  2. Remove the pork from the pork and beans can.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet; drain the excess grease.
  4. Saute the chopped onion and celery until tender.
  5. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a large casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
