Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew beef, cubes
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 4 to 6 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bay leaves into a roaster pan or slow cooker.
  2. Cook at 275°F for 5 hours in the oven or 7 to 8 hours in a slow cooker.
  3. Remove bay leaves before serving.
