Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup small marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Pour crushed pineapple over the marshmallows and let stand until mushy.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and let set.
  3. Refrigerate in a covered dish overnight.
  4. Serve chilled, very good with ham.
  5. Optional: add maraschino cherries for extra flavor.
