Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 cans dark kidney beans
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 can chili hot beans
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Fry and drain the sausage.
  2. Use the sausage grease to fry the chopped onions and celery until tender.
  3. Drain wax beans, green beans, dark kidney beans, and butter beans.
  4. Add the chili hot beans and pork and beans to the mixture.
  5. Mix the tomato soup, mustard, and brown sugar together in a bowl.
  6. Pour the tomato mixture over the beans and stir to combine.
  7. Fry the bacon until crisp and crumble it over the top of the bean mixture.
  8. Bake the dish at 350°F for 1 hour.
