Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • couple slices purple onion, divided
  • 1 c. broccoli tops, chopped
  • 1 c. cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 to 3 radishes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped small
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Add bacon bits and Ranch dressing or your favorite dressing.
