A colorful, flavorful layered dip featuring seasoned beef, refried beans, sour cream, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco mix
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 packet Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can olives
  • 1 can refried beans
  • Guacamole dip
  • Diced tomato
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning; drain fat.
  2. Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch glass dish.
  3. Layer guacamole over the refried beans.
  4. Add a layer of cooked beef over the guacamole.
  5. Spread half of the sour cream over the beef.
  6. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Heat the dip in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
  8. Top with the remaining sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives.
  9. Serve with large nacho chips.
