Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon m.s.g.
  • butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen corn in the whipping cream in a saucepan until heated thoroughly. Stir in salt, sugar, and m.s.g.
  2. Melt 2 teaspoons of butter in a small saucepan. Add the flour and mix well.
  3. Stir the flour mixture into the corn and cream mixture. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Dot with butter. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
