  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup creme de menthe

Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks.
  2. Marinate the pineapple chunks in creme de menthe for about 2 hours.
  3. Spear each pineapple chunk with a pick.
  4. Serve from a deep bowl, covered with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
