- In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine Mazola oil, sugar, salt, and heated skim milk.
- Mix well.
- Dissolve dry yeast in 1 cup warm water (105° to 110°).
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add Egg Beaters, yeast mixture, and 2 1/2 cups of plain flour to the large bowl.
- Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
- Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into equal portions.
- Shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheets.
- Brush the tops with melted corn oil margarine.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
