Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. cooked small shell macaroni
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir lemon juice into evaporated milk until the milk thickens.
  2. Add salad dressing, black pepper, and dry mustard; mix well.
  3. Combine the salad dressing mixture with cooked macaroni, tuna, bell pepper, green onions, pimentos, and chopped eggs.
  4. Toss lightly until well mixed.
  5. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
