Airport Casserole

- Brown the hamburger, minced onion, and green pepper in margarine.
- Add the undiluted cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and uncooked rice; mix well.
- Turn the mixture into an ungreased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered without a topping for 3 to 4 hours at 250° or 275°, or about 3 hours at 300°.
- Alternatively, substitute a can of undiluted celery soup for one of the soups if desired.
