Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless turkey cutlets
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add turkey cutlets; brown on both sides.
  3. Add chopped green onion; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream of chicken soup and water, season with pepper.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, turning once.
  6. Remove turkey to a heated serving dish.
  7. Add shredded cheese to the sauce remaining in the skillet; stir until melted.
  8. Pour cheese sauce over the turkey and serve with cooked white rice.
  9. Garnish with additional green onion if desired.
