Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Cream together sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
  2. Turn the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Mix together light brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and pecans.
  4. Spread the pecan mixture over the potato mixture.
