Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups okra, sliced
  • 4 cups squash, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
