- On one side of the bread, spread pizza sauce of your choice. Layer pepperoni over pizza sauce, then spread salami, ham and cheese.
- Combine meatballs, spaghetti sauce, onions, hot pepper rings and mushrooms.
- Layer meatball mixture over cheese.
- Add lettuce, tomato slices and Italian dressing.
