A light, refreshing parfait featuring tropical fruits, toasted coconut, and crunchy Grape-Nuts, perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1/3 cup sliced banana
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine mandarin oranges, pineapple pieces, and sliced banana in a bowl.
  2. Mix toasted coconut with Grape-Nuts cereal in a separate small bowl.
  3. In two dessert glasses, layer fruit, coconut and cereal mixture, vanilla nonfat yogurt, then repeat the layers.
  4. Top each parfait with one mandarin orange segment.
