Ingredients

  • 1 box hot roll mix
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, drained
  • your favorite cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions to make pizza dough.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions to make two crusts.
  3. Spread a desired amount of pizza sauce on each crust.
  4. Top each with browned and drained hamburger, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and drained mushrooms.
  5. Finish by sprinkling your favorite cheeses over the toppings.
  6. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 25 minutes, or until the crust edges are deep golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
